Diane Seaback Martin, CEO, started the company after many years as a personnel recruiter and sales representative in the Rhode Island area.

Scott Seaback - President, joined us in 1982 and is responsible for office operations, recruiting and placement. Scott is also very involved in community and civic activities including rotary international and is the past president of the Rhode Island Staffing Services Association

Mark Seaback - Controller, joined us in 1986 after many years in computer operations. He is responsible for all day to day accounting, payroll and financial functions.

Todd Seaback – Vice-President, comes to us after many years in the transportation industry where he hired and trained “temps”, providing him with a special understanding and appreciation for our clients and employees. Todd is also on the board of a major non profit agency.

Michelle Perry - Office Coordinator, keeps our front desk running smoothly, efficiently and always with a smile.
