Our Team

R.I. Temps/R.I. Personnel was established in 1978 and incorporated in 1979. Diane Seaback Martin, CEO, started the company after many years as a personnel recruiter and sales representative in the Rhode Island area.
We are dedicated to providing our clients with the best match of qualified, experienced employees for all temporary and permanent employment needs. Our goal is the complete satisfaction of our clients.
With this in mind, we have developed a strong management team to provide the support and exemplary services our clients have grown to depend upon.
Scott Seaback - President, joined us in 1982 and is responsible for office operations, recruiting and placement. Scott is also very involved in community and civic activities including rotary international and is the past president of the rhode island staffing services association
Mark Seaback - Controller, joined us in 1986 after many years in computer operations. He is responsible for all day to day accounting, payroll and financial functions.
Todd Seaback – Vice-President, comes to us after many years in the transportation industry where he hired and trained "temps", providing him with a special understanding and appreciation for our clients and employees. Todd is also on the board of a major non profit agency.
Elaine White – The former owner of Capitol Personnel established our "Legal Registry" in the Spring of 2002. A trained Paralegal, she brings considerable expertise in her role as Executive Legal Recruiter.
Kathy Gannon - Personnel Coordinator, joined our firm in 1997 and is responsible for recruiting and placement.
Kelly Hatfield - Receptionist, keeps our front desk running smoothly, efficiently and always with a smile.
Cheryl Mirra - Our Regional Sales Coordinator has over 20 years of business expertise, including 10 years in the staffing industry and 10 years in business banking with Citizens Bank. Cheryl is responsible for expanding sales and marketing.
